I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Cross Country in Jun 2020
Interview
The interview process was in-depth with 3-4 Zoom interviews however the overall process from start to offer was only about 5 weeks. The interviewers asked relevant and appropriate questions. I didn't feel as though my time was wasted.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cross Country (Milwaukee, WI) in Mar 2023
Interview
I was referred to the company by an employee so I did not apply directly. Got a call from the recruiter to go over experience. Had a really nice conversation with her and enjoyed learning more about the company. Since there wasn't any role available at the time I was informed I'll get a call back soon, which I did in about a week's time. The next steps were speaking with the VP and the Sr. Director, both virtual interviews. Great conversations, positive outlook on the company.
