Interview
Interview was a pretty easy process they started with a phone interview and then moved on to an in person interview. This lasted half of the day. Shadowing of the recruiters was a large portion of it and the rest was meeting with the upper level management. After five or so hours they extended the offer.

It was a very laid back experience. Ryan (VP of Allied) was very easy to talk to. The interview process did not feel like a interview, just having a conversation.

The interview process was great here. Kathleen is very nice and makes you feel very comfortable throughout. Onboarding with HR was easy too. More than one dept head interviewed but Kathleen was the nicest.

HR Rep reached out a week ago to schedule a phone interview, I responded the day of with several follow up emails during the week and STILL have not heard anything back about scheduling a phone interview. It’s ridiculous.
