Interview
I had two interviews - first with a Recruiter, then with a Regional Director. They were very professional. Both conversations were engaging and focused on my experience in cybersecurity sales and how it aligns with the company's goals. It's a great company to work for and I had a positive experience.

Question 1
Describe your approach to prospecting and qualifying leads. How do you ensure you are targeting the right customers?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CrowdStrike in Apr 2024
Interview
I was happy to get a first round interview as I had relevant experience but had been rejected for a few other positions. The first interview went well with the recruiter who asked me typical screening questions. I was then given a second interview a few days later. However, 24hours prior to the interview, it was cancelled with no explanation other than "they were going in a different direction". I asked if they could elaborate e.g. Did they fill the position? I got no response. I can take disappointment on the chin but it's frustrating when they offer no explanation, especially for a company and role you know well and had prepared for.

- Can you take me through your CV and your last couple of roles?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at CrowdStrike (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2024
Interview
Terrible, long, grueling, and just a waste of time only to tell me they went internal. I believe it’s become somewhat of a joke with recruiters and companies on how they are treating potential hires.
