How would you explain the importance of UX research to a designer?
HR round, in home challenge, leetcode, coding round, techincal round and behavior round. Took a while to interview. Smooth process, not rushed. Team talked about what they liked and what they are working on. Didn't tell much about the work that is being done there.
The interview process was great for an internship at Cruise! I got to speak with my manager and my mentor and I learned a lot about the work that my team worked on. The interviewer wanted me to succeed.
