Cruise Senior Technical Recruiter interview questions

1. Call with recruiting coordinator 2. Video call with hiring manager 3. 3 approx 30 minute interview (3) with senior manager, staff recruiter, and lead sourcer Extremely unorganized, didn't have my resume, rescheduled several times, no prepared questions, seemed uninterested. After my "final interview" they called me back and asked that I do 2 more interviews to "answer questions I hadn't answered". I think if they were prepared and taking notes they would have gotten all the data points they needed. Mostly conversational, no real substance. They said I can do I final call with hiring manager and do a verbal offer that day if all went well. They emailed me back to say "we've decided to go with other candidates." Sigh, outside of the staff recruiter, you could tell that the team really didn't know very much about HW/SW co-design, NN, et al.
