Interview
A group of applicants in the front room of the shop. Was told what the job was, which different from the posting. Was told that they didn’t have time to talk to everyone that day but we were welcome to come back on another day. I decided not to pursue this, based on the difference between the job description online and what was described on site.

Interview
It was very thorough and detailed. I first had a phone screen that was scheduled. Then I was asked to come in for an in person interview. During the screening process, they told me a lot about the position they were hiring for and who they felt would be a good fit.

Applied online. Within the week, I received an email with a link to complete an online video interview with three questions. A few days later, I received a call from the hiring manager to have a brief phone interview to review high-level information about the job, benefits, etc., to see if I was still interested and wanted to proceed with the application.

Interview
Unprofessional interview process. Multiple interviews not call to inform that the job went to someone else. Just not respectful of others time. When I called to check I was told she would call back as she was in a meeting. I understand people are still learning but follow through.
