Had a love experience completing the application but the external recruiter who called me for a phone screen was terrible. She called 10 minutes late and spent only 6 minutes on the phone with me asking rapid fire questions such as “what is your background?” (I don’t think she had my resume in front of her). Dog barking in the background. She gave me no opportunity to ask about the company, team, or role. It felt like an interrogation...like I had done something wrong by expressing interest in the role. Geez.
