After your cv and application answers have been sent off, there are online tests and then a phone interview before a final assessment centre. The assessment centre involved a tour around the offices to give you a feel for how the company runs before the assessing began. There were group tasks, one to one questions about yourself, a role play scenario to test how you would respond in certain situations and a short presentation at the end.
