Online application where you attach your CV. Online test about scenarios and what outcomes are best (you are difference 6 dots and have to distribute them effectively to the outcome). If you pass this, within a few days you will receive a phonecall (No Caller ID) and this is an on the spot telephone interview where you are asked about why you applied, flexibility and your past experience. If you pass this, they will straight away on the phone invite you to a face to face interview. Need to bring your documents with you. The face to face interview is split into three parts. First, I had a normal interview with the person who asked me a few questions and had a chat for half an hour or so. I then had a "Discovery Session" which lasted ten minutes; shadowing a worker on the shop floor and picking up what is important to making a sale. Then, speaking to this worker about how to approach customers, what to say, ask questions, behaviour and mannerisms. Then, there is a role play session where you have to sell a product to a colleague. You are given a sheet of information and then have to ask them questions and try to sell them extra things too; such as the accessories and care plan. Ask them things like; how much memory, camera, lightweight, screen size. Ask how they are, their day, any other products they would like to purchase. Care plan for protection and technical support. After this, the colleague who I had the role play with commented on my performance to my interviewer who offered me the job on the spot. Photocopied my documents and said he will ring me to give my start date. Interview took around 90 minutes.
