I applied online, the process took 1 week.When I arrived was taken upstairs to interview room, first negotiated availability and stores that I would be willing to work at. Then came competency test whereby they ask simple questions about previous experience to test your suitability for the role. Then came role play where the interviewer pretends to be a customer and you are given 3 different price plans that you must try to sell to the customer.
