I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Curtiss-Wright
Interview
Initial phone interview with human resources in which we went over the resume, salary expectations, and I was asked about my strengths, weaknesses, examples of overcoming an obstacle, etc. The phone interview took about a half hour. This was followed by on-site interview with the team, which took nearly two hours.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The on-site interview was mainly very technical questions regarding board layout and design. Eg. How to reduce crosstalk, when to use memory components and how do you select the type of memory.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Curtiss-Wright (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2019
Interview
Very slow. The whole process took more than a month. They told me everything looks good and they are working on the offer so they put my mind at ease. Instead they came back and said sorry but we can't meet your salary requirements so we wont move forward with you, not even asking which salary works for me.
Overall very underwhelming experience. Work place during the interview looked very boring and bleak, no sound came from anywhere. Nobody seemed to be excited to work there.
