Had initial interview with SDR Manager - SDR manager asked no questions about my background or relative work experience. Manager only asked questions about how to get an email to stand out from the rest and never heard back after the 2nd call. Manager seemed inexperienced and uncomfortable asking questions about my resume experience. I am aware this is a "Silicon Valley" start-up so people may be in these roles despite their previous experience being something completely irrelevant, like a food server
