Interview
I was first given a tour of the area in which the position I was interviewing for worked. The man giving me the interview was attentive and inquisitive. He also was able to answer any questions I had. I was then taken to meet with a hiring manager that I had been emailing prior to the interview. The interviewers were very nice and wanted to get to know the person as well as figuring out how well they know the company and any technical information. There was then a presentation that I had to give. While this may give some people nerves, I believe it was helpful to the hiring personnel because it really tests a candidate's ability to speak and get interrupted with questions and still be able to take off from the point where they were asked questions. Afterward there were more interviews that were also with friendly people.
