Interview
I applied online, and heard back about scheduling an on-site interview about a month later. The onsite interview was conducted at their offices in San Diego, where they have a sort of power day for all of the candidates. This power day consisted of twelve different 30 minute interviews which were conducted by current Endeavor analysts, as well as managers from several different divisions. These interviews only consisted of behavioral questions as well as questions about your background. Many people in this process repeated the same questions that were already asked by other interviewers. After the interview, I was informed of the status of the position within 2 weeks. I thought the interview process was very professionally done, for the most part. However, they asked for my references a week after the interview, and then never ended up contacting them. In addition, I still have not been reimbursed for the rental car from the trip. It has been over 2 months since I submitted the reimbursement claim.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cymer
Interview
I applied online and got an email to schedule a 30 minute phone interview. A current business analyst asked me behavioral questions. Then after over a month, I was invited to their onsite interview, all travel arrangements were made fairly last minute. The onsite was a full day of behavioral 30 minute interviews with various executives and current program participants, most of which hold MBAs. It took them over a week to respond with their decision, cutting close to the holidays. I still am not sure if I will ever be reimbursed for the rental car.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Cymer in Dec 2014
Interview
Applied online in early October. Had a 30-40 minute phone interview before the end of the month with a current program participant. The phone interview was a mix of casual questions about me, my interests and some behavioral style interview questions. After that I didn't hear anything until early December when they called to schedule an onsite interview the following week. They booked the flights and hotel but I'm waiting on reimbursement for rental car/ food. The onsite interview consisted of 12 individual half hour interviews with VPs, current program participants and 2 HR representatives. Most interviewers had specific questions about experience on my resume and also asked behavioral style questions. You're interacting with 6-7 other candidates throughout the day. You eat breakfast/ lunch with the other candidates as well as program participants. They bring all candidates in over the course of a couple days. I thought it was well organized. I heard about an offer within 2 weeks of the interview.
