I applied online. I interviewed at DC Group in Jan 2012
Interview
Had to interview with a total of 4 people and had to come in 4 separate times for them to all ask the same questions. Last interview with CEO was very short. Basically just asked when I could start and discussed pay. Interviews were very simple and didn't have any very hard questions, were really just getting to know me. Gave a good impression of company and was able to meet some of the staff.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DC Group (Minneapolis, MN) in Mar 2014
Interview
I went through the phone and in person interview process finishing with my last conversation with the CEO, Jon Frank. This interaction was awkward, degrading, and intrusive. Jon attitude and demeanor reflected horribly on the company. I knew that working for Jon would be difficult as soon as he did not great me or make eye contact when I entered his office!
