Interview
A little individual presentation about yourself, then a business case in group of 9-10 people and finally an individual test in 1 hour. After all this process, the HR manager calls one by one the candidates in order to meet each one for an interview together with the line managers.
The process is not so hard in terms of contents, but it is quite stressful, because you have to stay in the company several hours to finish the entire process.
