this year, I interviewed for an internship role at DHL. The interview panel appreciated my engineering background from Islamic University of Technology and problem-solving projects, but I was not selected due to limited proficiency in advanced Excel tasks, especially data modeling and shortcut-driven analysis. They also advised me to further develop soft skills—mainly communication clarity, stakeholder interaction, and overall corporate communication style. The team recommended I explore structured communication improvement and Excel upskilling before re-applying for global logistics environments.
