DHL Global Forwarding, Freight interview questions

First, the application was quite straightforward. After submitting my CV online, I received an invitation for a recorded video interview where I answered some preset questions. This part was convenient because I could do it at my own time. Next, I was invited to a face-to-face interview with the HR and hiring manager. The interview was friendly but professional. They asked about my strengths, weaknesses, and how I handle stressful situations. They also wanted to know why I chose DHL and what I know about the company. I recommend researching DHL’s services and values before the interview because it really helps.

1 on 1 interview with the head of HR. Pretty Chill and comfortable. Personal questions. Didn't ask anything professional. Would have been better if the interviewer asked questions more work related questions rather than background questions
