Interview
- Fake and ridiculous, I wore a suit and was made to feel underdressed.
- Trust me the two financial analysts currently working there are not so competent at their own work; if someone asks you to show your work (models/projects) then they themselves are not good at that. I now doubt that they carry this process to steal your idea on your projects.
-I never heard from them again and found this to be quite disrespectful after the time and effort I devoted during the application process. Unfortunately, they don't understand that every potential candidate can also be a customer - or someone who promotes or detracts the reputation of the company. Would I ever do business with them or recommend them? No. Fortunately, I moved on to bigger and better opportunities, and I'm thankful I wasn't offered the job.

Interview
I was contacted by HR who called unannounced at 5 PM in the evening and started asking technical questions without setting up an official phone interview first. A few days later I received an email inviting me for an in-person interview. The interview was with two financial analysts who were hired just a year prior followed by an interview with the manager. I was asked questions about my resume and experience, and at the end of the interview I was asked to submit examples of my excel work which I sent via email. Even after following up about the interview I never heard back about the results (this was 3 months ago)
