DISA Global Solutions interview questions

The recruiter called me out of the blue, didn't bother to set up an appointment time and started asking me questions that resembled a phone interview. I almost asked if he could schedule a time with me to answer these questions, but I was polite. He then said he would get back with me about setting up an in person interview with the hiring manager. I asked him if he could email me instead of call, as this was more convenient, not to mention less intrusive. I never heard from him that day. He actually didn't bother getting back with me to confirm anything until two days later, which was the day before the interview time. He called me from some Austin number the first time and didn't bother leaving a voice mail. Like most people, I don't answer the phone for anyone I don't know and your surely not going to get a call back if you don't state the reason for your call. I get an email HOURS later asking me about the interview and he called me again from the same number after that to leave a voice mail. I was also supposed to have some application filled out before the interview, but since he didn't bother getting back with me the day until the day before, that doesn't give me much time to fill it out. I have other job interviews and things to do besides your agenda. These people don't seem to understand that, which is obvious by the way the recruiter chooses to run his process. I emailed him back, since this was the mode of communication I said I preferred, and told him I just accepted a full time position and am no longer looking for a job. He said nothing back. Thanks for the well wishes and congratulations. Nice to know this company only cares about themselves. Couldn't imagine working for them. This tells me all I need to know about this company. Rude, inconsiderate of other people's time, and they act like they're doing you a favor by calling you randomly, as if I am just sitting by the phone waiting for them.
