Automated interview, receiving six questions that I had to record my responses to in 60 seconds. Process was very non-personal and unpleasant. You could receive the questions and attempt up to three responses, with the final response being automatically sent into DNV,

Question 1
What are you looking to improve upon as a Project Manager.
Process took a few weeks. I had an interview set up with the hiring manager then, less than an hour before, the interview was pushed. I followed up 3 times to see when the reschedule would be with no response. Waste of time.

Interview
First round was to record about 5 videos answering some questions, they give 3 minutes to record, and 3 attempts for each question. I would say it was not that difficult.
Second round was an interview with the team, they were very polite and kind.
