This was a long process, first I had to apply online, then answer some one-way online questions (you are recorded and get three attempts to answer each question) which was stressful. Then several rounds of in-person interviews with different people from the organization. Finally, I had the last interview with two deans and the person who was organizing the whole thing, and it was a standard interview. The job they ended up interviewing me for was not a school social work position, so I wasn't as interested and wasn't offered the position anyways. But it was a lot of time invested. Finally, the person who called to let me know about the outcome emailed me to see if I "had time to discuss the position" and then once I cleared my schedule just told me I didn't get the position. Ugh.
