I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DSV (Hebron, KY) in May 2022
Interview
Met with three managers who made me feel
comfortable immediately. Very professional. Explained the position, benefits and compensation. Gave me a tour of the office as well. Thoroughly went over my experience with ocean exports. Discussed hours of position and other company perks.
I was initially contacted by DSV when they found my application on a job search site. They sent me an email giving a description of the job and what it would entail and I agreed to go in for the interview. At the interview I was told that my advanced degree would not serve me at this job but I was okay with that considering I was a recent graduate. I was told that I would be trained and what would be expected of me, including working extra hours if need be. I have to say the interview was relatively straight forward, nothing out of the ordinary. I received a phone call the very next day offering me the position and I accepted.

Question 1
For me, being fresh out of school, the most difficult question for me was when they asked me what I was looking for in a company. The reason I say it was difficult is because at that point in time, I just didn't know. I was looking for my first job so I didn't have a long list of expectations.
