Inept recruiting. Recieved email requesting me to call and leave message. Left message the next morning. A full week later I received an email that my phone number was incorrect and to reach out again. My number hasn't changed in over 20 years and is included on my resume. Called back within minutes of receiving email and person answered 'Hello? ' Awkward start to a conversation. Was told they would set up an interview for the following week. This was on a Wednesday. After ANOTHER week I get an email with the interview set up for yet another week later. I declined. In the amount of time it took just to get in for an initial interview - I'd had several interviews at other companies and was already entertaining multiple offers. I'd say I dodged a very slow moving bullet.
