Hr interview and then hiring manager interview. This is the second time this company’s hiring managers did not read my resume and proceed to schedule an interview. He was more concern about lunch than my interview. I think he wanted to see me because we have used the same tools but total waste of time. It is very concerning when the hiring manager did not even bother to read the applicant’s resume before setting up an interview.
