The interview process was relatively quick and straight-forward. I was a college student looking for employment (full time in the summer, part time during school) and my interview was pretty basic. He asked about my previous employment, my related experience, and my approach to customer service (particularly with difficult or unhappy customers). It was pretty informal - he asked about my studies, my program, and whether I was liking it. The whole process was pretty easy and laid back.

He said, "Sometimes the customer isn't always right. If you are dealing with a customer who is being difficult, rude, or agressive, how do you handle that? In other words, what do you do when you have an ahole customer?"

Had a couple questions to answer then the manager if you are hired calls a number and you have to verify everything throu the phone. It takes a week to two weeks to actually start working cause like to start you on payroll on time.
