Dairy Queen Front Line/Cashier interview questions

The employer gave me a quiz to try and memorize all of the weights of all of the toppings, cones, and blizzards. She quickly realized that was unrealistic and you'd have to learn on the job so she hired me despite failing the quiz. I became her best employee in the end, so the quiz was not a good determining factor of skill. Dairy Queens are owned individually so the hiring methods vary.

I was called and they noticed I try to apply online but did not finished it. so they as me to come in and fill out a application in person and we went from there. I filled out my paper work the next day and started training the next day. we train for two weeks before the store open on December 21, 2015
