The interview process consisted of two interviews. The first interview was a technical interview and the second interview was a behavioural interview. The interview process was a great experience overall, the interviewers were very friendly.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Darktrace in Jan 2025
Interview
I was originally told that the interview process would consist of three interviews, but it changed to a four-stage process:
1. Recruiter screen
2. Manager interview
3. Two colleague interviews
4. Sales Manager interview
The experience felt positive through the first three stages. However, after not hearing back for three weeks, I was ghosted and asked to do another interview.
During the last interview, I encountered technical issues, and I later received a generic email stating that I had been rejected. The email did not provide any specific feedback regarding my soft skills or engagement, which left me confused. What does that even mean? I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here.
