Applied on their site. Recruiter at Dashiell called to set up a in person interview with head of Design. Process took around 1-2 weeks from the call to an offer. Interview took around 2-3 hours. They look for mostly personality and if you fit in. Their is a test that has a 1 hour limit; not so difficult. If you have more experience or show that you know more they do consider you for a higher position then CAD 1.
