Good pay and bonuses overshadowed by poor management

Good salary, good bonus, plenty of work

Cons

The management! On the civil site team based out of Houston the longest tenured employee to ever last in that department is a little over 3 years and they were only an EI. The manager of that department is the most unprofessional engineer I have ever worked with. Questions are never answered, and if they are, they aren’t right. Your life will become hell here.

Great work environment with great experience especially for entry-level engineers. They put a heavy emphasis on growth and challenge employees to learn and improve. Promotions and pay raises come frequently for those who deserve it. While pay for engineers is salaried, we are still paid our "hourly" rate if we work more than 40 hours in a week.

Cons

Benefits are not very competitive.
