The hiring manager asked more personal questions than anything. They were trying to find the right personality to fit with their current staff, which I can appreciate. It was a good interview and seemed like a great company. But not a fit for me.

First of all you need at least a 2yr degree in Electrical or experience testing. The interview was very simple. There were six of us and five got offers within a week. You meet with some managers and HR and they don't really quiz you on anything difficult.
