First interview is over the phone. That was a quick chat to get to know you. Second interview was a very long interview process, but everyone is super nice and they want to get to know you as a person and your experience to see if you are qualified!

What would you do in certain situations with an angry client or construction crew?
Zoom interview. They gave me a test about general statics and structures problems. I was surprised. The guy on the other end was very easy to talk to. Would interview again.

Pros: Interview went well. They were really nice to ask and explain deeply what if you get hired. Also, I enjoyed talking with them.
