DataRobot Customer Success Manager interview questions

Do not interview unless you want to waste 2 months of your time have 10 of the exact same interview with different people. These people could not care less about you and dont even seem to want to be in the process. The HR personel are clueless and dont give any information on the position whatsoever. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone after the way I was treated during this interview.

Manipulative, disrespectful and condescending are the 3 words I would use to describe my interview experience. The first two interviews here were absolutely splendid and each team member I met with was knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. But this completely switched when I met with the third interviewer who set no up-front contract when conducting the interview and instead wanted to play mind games throughout the whole process. This particular interviewer inappropriately said to me at one point, "You sound like someone I'd rather go have a beer with than work with." This statement immediately put a bad taste in my mouth and made me feel far beyond disrespected as someone who has already been in this line of work for over 10 years. To me, this felt like this was the first interview that he has ever conducted and felt it necessary to be overly forward to the point of inappropriate. I 10/10 would not recommend working for this company or at least this division within the company due to the disrespectful ways in which they represent themselves and the brand.
