It was a complete waste of time. I showed up at the video interview only to be told at the outright that they were not considering hiring me, without even giving me a chance to speak about my experiences. Why bother to schedule the interview in that case? Hey I had to take time off from work for that.
The PhD-guy interviewer did not miss the chance to market the product. He claimed he would send me details about the course offerings in my area and allowed me free attendance at some of these trainings. Of course, nothing materialised and I heard nothing from him after that, understandably, given the inflated hype and costs of such training.
