As this position is a for a manager role, we do take a bit longer with the hiring process and we had a lot of very qualified candidates. We like to make sure the position is a fit for both you and the company. Interviewing with the CEO can be challenging because he wears many hats within the company but also does not want to squeeze interviews into a short period of time so that he has time to fully speak with each potential team member.
