Interview
4 different interviews. One phone interview with a follow up interview face to face. One with your significant other or parents/someone influential to you. Then one last interview. Very long process-a lot of time taking tests and waiting for interviewer.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at David Weekley Homes (Houston, TX) in Jan 2015
Interview
This is going to be a long process, mine took about a two months and that was expedited. I first received a email requesting a phone interview the there is an office interview were you have to take a quiz and then speak to the manager real laid back nothing formal. After that interview you have to take a Berke assessment which is almost like a personality fit. Once they bring you back for another office interview I spoke the controller, the CFO and the manager then after that they took me to lunch with a couple of employees. Then they set up a key influencer meeting where they meet with someone important in your life who will help you make a decision if you want to work here or not. After that they bring you in for the last office visit to receive an offer. He will break everything down from the benefits etc.
