The interview process was not difficult but quite thorough. I went through 4 interviews including a personality assessment. The various people I interviewed with very nice and pleasant. However, after 4 interivews I received a form letter that they would not be moving forward with no explanation of why. I felt like after 4 interviews I deserved, at least, a personal phone call.
