Submitted application and resume online. Well qualified. Received call from Manager a week later. Took online Wunderlich test (12 minutes timed). Had great interview. Felt Confident. Followed up a day later only to be told “there was a pool of well qualified applicants and they would not be moving forward”. PM also said they really “enjoyed getting to know me”. I think my employment gap (10 years- Raising kids) was extremely detrimental.
