I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at David Weekley Homes (Salt Lake City, UT) in Nov 2018
Interview
I was phone interviewed by the lead estimator of the Salt Lake City Office. I answered all questions and was told I would receive an e-mail with more information and never did. I reached out to the interviewer both by e-mail and by phone and was once again assured that they would reach out to me in the coming week, and once again I heard nothing.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at David Weekley Homes (Houston, TX) in Dec 2016
Interview
It is a lengthy process. They even come to your house and talk to your family. I would say they really make sure you are a fit for the company and that you are not a weirdo.
