I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at David Weekley Homes (Indianapolis, IN) in Oct 2018
Interview
The interview process was absolutely ridiculous. You will have any where between 5-6 interviews including interviewing a spouse or whoever is your key influence. You will constantly have to reach out to them to get updates on where you are at in the interview process. If you don't email or call you will not receive anything from them. I understand picking the right person but when someone works and is looking to change places of employment it is a bit ridiculous. I would not recommend anyone to interview with David Weekley unless you have such strong credentials that it is a no brainier for them to hire you.

Easy interview, more like a conversation with just getting to know you. Great recruiting staff who made the experience enjoyable. Had to do a few tests at the first interview which were hard but I scored really well.
First meeting you'll take a test at the office on a computer to gage your basic knowledge. After that you'll have a interview with 1 or 2 managers. If they decide to continue with the hiring process they will send you a link to take a online test at home. Then one more in person meeting with the main hiring manager and a person that does what your applying for. 3rd meeting will be job offer on condition of a drug screen. They will give you a form to take to your doctor or hospital.
