The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at David Weekley Homes (Nashville, TN) in Jan 2020
Interview
After several phone interviews, they wanted me to participate in several assessments to gauge suitability for the role. Once the assessments were completed, I received no feedback. After following-up, I was invited to an in-person interview where I was talked up and was asked to conduct a second in-person interview just to make sure everything would work out. Unfortunately, the second interview never took place and there was no explanation for why it didn't.

Easy interview, more like a conversation with just getting to know you. Great recruiting staff who made the experience enjoyable. Had to do a few tests at the first interview which were hard but I scored really well.
