Interview
More like a conversation than an interview, which was refreshing, seemed like a person I would like to work for. Took a preliminary test afterwards. received word that I passed it and took a second test online at home the next day. Its been about 12 days and I just got word that another manager should be calling me for another interview. Now waiting with pregnant anticipation.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
No questions that threw me in the interview, most difficult questions were in the test, a lot of staring at shapes and matching them in different positions, a lot of word games, fill in the blanks so the sentence makes sense, and math word problems, which I have always hated.
The interview process here was a lot of different tests, both personality and IQ tests, and interviews with a bunch of different people. They were nice people and seems like a good company to work for.
Easy interview, more like a conversation with just getting to know you. Great recruiting staff who made the experience enjoyable. Had to do a few tests at the first interview which were hard but I scored really well.
First meeting you'll take a test at the office on a computer to gage your basic knowledge. After that you'll have a interview with 1 or 2 managers. If they decide to continue with the hiring process they will send you a link to take a online test at home. Then one more in person meeting with the main hiring manager and a person that does what your applying for. 3rd meeting will be job offer on condition of a drug screen. They will give you a form to take to your doctor or hospital.
