Applied online, 30 min. phone screen with recruiter, 10 minute Wonderlic assessment online, 1 hr personality/IQ test online, 1 hr virtual technical interview with hiring manager, 4x1hr in-person technical interviews with VP and Director levels, 1 hr “key influencer” meeting w/spouse and hiring manager in person, and then offer was extended. From application to offer was ~2 months. David Weekley Homes is very selective in how they assess personality fit. It’s important to them that you are a good culture fit for their company and that there is solid values-alignment. I was patient and remained curious throughout the process, and I think that’s key. Weekley is worth it. The offer that they gave me at the end of the process was generous (fair market value) and I’m extremely excited to be joining a company that values the dignity of the human person first and foremost.
