I had an interview with De Nora, and the experience was very unprofessional. The manager arrived 10 minutes late for the online interview and drank something from a bowl without using a spoon during the call. During the interview she read something from another screen even she didn't make the eye contact with me . Overall, I found the interview process disrespectful and unpleasant.
