Interview
Fast- one in person interview and hired. The HR person that did my interview had my resume in front of her and went line by line through it asking detailed questions about all my statements and asking real genuine questions about my skills.
Two interviewers, one from procurement (I think) and one from operations. Understand the job nature is fast pace and needs someone who can commit a bit more time than other job, however it raised red flag when one of the first question asked is whether I will be having further family planning and whether there is someone to help take care of my current child. It is very obvious that there will not consider people who have family commitments or planning to have kids.
