I applied to De Nora through LinkedIn and I was contanted by an HR recruiter a week after. The interview process took 3 steps. I initially had an interview with two chiefs. Then, I had to fill into a personality test to check if I was suited for the role. After that, I was asked to write down an essay on a scientific topic as part of my assessment.
The whole process took 3 months and I was made an offer after that.
