Two rounds of interviews with ~ 5 people each. They asked basic questions about previous experience and what ideas you had for the role. None of the questions were too surprising and it was all things I've heard before, but I would prepare nonetheless just so you aren't stumbling through any questions.

Three ladies sat me in an open conference room and held a casual conversation with me about my skills and interests. They asked about my creative history and to describe how I hand administrative duties and creative projects. They also wanted know about my willingness to learn new programs and other skills beyond what was listed for the job.
