Pros

The Center for Community Research under Prof. Leonard Jason has been the privilege of a lifetime. Despite being a giant in the field, he's extremely down to earth and helpful (and unreasonably astute– like talking to ChatGPT in real time).

Cons

Genuinely none. It's a work environment that's highly independent, and if you need a resource with a vast history of knowledge about community psychology, you've got one of the most prominent (probably top 5?) community psychologists a few doors down. Can't complain at all.

Pros

I have nothing pro to say. The entire time here has been awful. Love teaching. Been a professor for five years. This place has been a nightmare.

Cons

Nasty and rude students. Chairs who are disrespectful. Deeply disorganized. Passive aggressive leadership. Microaggressive culture.
