Interview
The process was super easy. There’s a phone interview with the talent recruiter. If that goes well, there’s a written assessment. If you do well on the assessment, you’re called for a face-to-face.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DePaul University (Chicago, IL)
Interview
My interview was conducted in the Public Safety Office in the basement of the main building, 25 E. Jackson. I sat at a conference table with the Assistant Director and four Sergeants from all the campuses in Chicago. There was no particular organized way that the interview was conducted. It was just these five people asking various questions about detainment procedures and my background. Overall, it was an informal type of interview process which I was not use to.
