I applied online, and about two weeks later received a phone call to schedule a phone interview with a recruiter. The recruiter asked questions about my work history and explained DePaul's history. She later informed me that she would reach out to me next week for the next steps. After two weeks of not hearing back, I sent the recruiter an email to inquire if I was still being consider for the position. The recruiter never responded. I waited another two weeks and sent another e-mail, but still did not receive a response from the recruiter. I recently received a generic email stating that I was not selected for the position. Please have more respect for your candidates, and follow up with them as promised.
